Observe the pressure gauge: The pressure difference between the intake pressure and the exhaust pressure should not increase significantly. An increase in the pressure difference indicates that the filter element/plate heat exchanger is clogged
2. Check the automatic drain: Is it draining normally? Failure to drain will cause accumulated water to be carried into the rear air pipe. When clogged, manually drain the water for testing
3. Check the cooling fan: The fan is operating normally and there is no excessive dust blocking the heat sink
4. Visually check for any abnormal oil leakage, water leakage or frosting (large-scale frosting on the evaporator is considered a fault).
5. Make sure the environment is well-ventilated and do not place it close to the wall (at least 30cm away from the wall).
Ii. Weekly maintenance
1. Pre-precision filter for compressed air: Manually drain the accumulated water at the bottom
2. Blow the heat dissipation fins of the condenser on the outside of the machine with compressed air (do not directly spray water into the circuit)
3. Clean up the dust and debris around the machine to ensure ventilation and heat dissipation
4. Check whether the power cord, control panel indicator lights and emergency stop button are functioning properly
Iii. Monthly Maintenance
1. Deeply purge the dust on the condenser. This must be done during the hot summer season to prevent high-temperature alarm and shutdown
2. Disassemble and inspect the automatic drain, clean the internal silt and impurities to prevent clogging
3. Inspect the pipe joints to check for air leakage and oil seepage
4. Record the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the refrigerated dryer, compare it with the previous data, and predict the trend of clogging
4. Regularly replace consumables (core cycle, based on 24-hour continuous operation of the factory)
Pre-precision filter element: 3000 to 4000 hours (about 6 months)

2. Automatic drain diaphragm/valve core: 8,000 hours (1 year). Replace it directly if it intermittently displaces
3. Refrigerant leak detection: Once a year. If the dew point of the refrigerated dryer deteriorates or the cooling is insufficient, there is a high probability of refrigerant leakage
V. Common Fault Warning (Timely Maintenance in Case of the Following Situations)
1. Increased water content in the exhaust gas and water leakage from the pipeline: clogged drain/failed pre-filter element/clogged plate heat exchanger
2. A significant increase in the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet: The filter element is clogged. If not replaced for a long time, the plate heat exchanger will be damaged
3. High-temperature alarm and poor cooling effect: The condenser is too thick with dust and has poor ventilation
4. Thick frost on the evaporator: Insufficient refrigerant or temperature control failure. Shut down the machine as soon as possible for maintenance
Vi. Long-term shutdown maintenance
Close the intake valve to release all the pressure and accumulated water inside the machine
2. Clean the heat sink, cover it with a dust cover, and place it in a dry and dust-free area
Before reactivation, replace all the pre-filter elements and run the test for 30 minutes to observe the dew point and drainage status
Key reminder: The flow channels of the plate heat exchanger are narrow, and oil stains and dust can easily clog the plates. The pre-precision filter must be replaced on time. Once the plate heat exchanger is clogged, the maintenance cost is very high
