I. Uses
The plate heat exchanger refrigerated dryer is a post-treatment device for air compressors. It removes moisture from compressed air to prevent rust on pipelines, water accumulation in pneumatic valves and cylinders, blistering of paint, and damage to precision equipment due to moisture
1. It is equipped with a screw air compressor to produce dry compressed air;
2. It is applicable to workshops such as spraying, auto repair, food, pharmaceuticals, laser cutting, precision pneumatic, and filter element production;
3. Reduce the dew point of compressed air to protect the back-end filters, air storage tanks and pneumatic tools.

1. High heat exchange efficiency and more energy-saving
The three-in-one plate heat exchanger has better cold capacity recovery, saves 20% to 30% of electricity for the same processing capacity, and has a smaller heat exchange temperature difference.
2. The pressure loss is very small
The pressure drop is generally ≤0.015MPa, which will not consume too much pressure from the air compressor, saving electricity and fuel, and is suitable for continuous production conditions.
3. Compact structure and small size
The integrated design of plate stacking takes up less space. As shown in the picture, the equipment placement does not occupy much space.
4. Resistant to high temperatures at the entrance
It can withstand the high-temperature intake of air compressors (up to approximately 80℃), is less likely to shut down due to high temperatures in summer, and has stronger stability.
5. Weaknesses
The plate flow channel is narrow. If there is no pre-filter, the long-term accumulation of oil and impurities can easily clog the plates. A precision filter must be used at the front end.
