I. Replacement of Air Filters
The dust in the air drawn in by the screw air compressor is trapped in the air filter. To prevent the screw compressor from wearing out prematurely and the fine filter element in the oil-gas separator from being blocked, the air filter element usually needs to be cleaned or replaced after 500 hours of operation. In areas with a lot of dust, the replacement time should be shortened. When replacing the filter, the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor must be stopped from use. To reduce downtime, it is recommended to replace it with a new or cleaned spare filter element.
1. Tap the two end faces of the filter element alternately on a flat surface to remove the vast majority of heavy and dry dust.
2. Blow dry air with a pressure of less than 0.28Mpa in the opposite direction to the inhaled air. The nozzle should be at least 25mm away from the folded paper and blow up and down along its height direction.
3. Inspect the filter element. If any thinning, pinholes or damage are found, it should be discarded.
Ii. Replacement of the oil and gas separator filter element
1. Remove all connecting hoses and copper tubes from the minimum pressure valve.
2. Remove the copper pipe of the return oil pipe.
3. Remove the cover plate.
4. Remove the filter element
5. Clean the cylinder.
6. After replacing the filter element, install it in the reverse order.
Iii. Replacement of the Oil Filter
Unscrew the oil filter and discard it.
2. Carefully clean the filter housing and clear the pressure difference through holes before and after.
3. Check the performance of the differential pressure transmitter.
4. Oil the new filter element (apply a layer of oil to the filter element's sealing ring).
5. When installing the filter element, rotate it until it touches the sealing gasket, and then manually tighten it by 1/3 turn.
6. After starting up, check for any leakage.
