Models 1622007900 and 2901077900 are flange-mounted oil separator elements, serving as essential parts of the compressor's three-filter arrangement (air filter, oil filter, and oil separator). They are positioned within the oil separator tank and located through flange hole groups.
Their main purpose is to effectively extract lubricating oil from the compressed air, delivering clean discharge air while directing the recovered oil back to the lubrication circuit for reuse.
The filtration body is built from a high-grade anti-corrosion, high-efficiency microfiber coalescing medium. Its filter bed comprises a layered construction: a pre-filtration stage, an ultrafine fiber stage, a support stage, a filtration stage, and a gravity settling stage. The filter media consist of glass fibre of imported origin.
