Some compressor manufacturers, when designing oil-gas separation tanks, have an unreasonable design of the primary separation system, resulting in an unsatisfactory primary separation effect. This leads to a very high oil mist concentration before entering the oil separator, an excessive load on the oil separator, insufficient processing capacity, and excessive oil consumption.
Solution: The manufacturer should improve the design to enhance the effect of primary separation.
