The oil core in the oil and gas separator is to separate the oil and gas, so that the oil returns to the internal circulation of the machine, and the gas is discharged for the use of users. The mixture of oil and gas enters the oil and gas separation tank and hits the curved surface. The flow rate is greatly reduced, the flow direction is changed, and large oil droplets are formed. Because they are heavier, most of them fall into the bottom of the tank. The remaining small part of the oil is separated when flowing through the separation core and deposited at the bottom of the filter core.Separation core bottom leads to a return pipe, connected to the compressor inlet;Due to the pressure difference, the oil accumulated at the bottom of the separation core flows back to the inlet of the compressor. The return pipe is equipped with a vision mirror and a throttle hole (front filter) to ensure the stability of the oil return.

The filter element of the air compressor oil separator is made of multiple layers of fine glass fiber. The mist oil and gas contained in the compressed air can be almost completely filtered after the oil separator, less than 3ppm.Under normal operation, the pollution degree of the lubricating oil and the surrounding environment has a great impact on its life. If the environmental pollution is very serious, it can be considered to install a pre-air filter. The outlet of the oil separator is equipped with a pressure maintenance valve, from which the air compressor is led out to the rear cooler. And the oil separator outlet is connected with a safety valve, relief valve. The oil filtered by the oil separating core is concentrated in the small circular groove at the bottom center, and then returned to the bearing end of the body by the tubing, so as to avoid the filtered lubricating oil being discharged with the air
