5, the quality of oil, oil is not good, produce carbon deposit, the safety valve is blocked by carbon deposit, internal pressure is too high, causing oil explosion.
Note: 1. When the air compressor has been used for a period of time or in low temperature in winter, add a small amount of lubricating oil to the main engine before starting the machine again, and let the main engine start with lubricating oil and cool down.
2. Attention should be paid to the exhaust temperature of air compressor in daily operation. Once it is found that the exhaust temperature of the machine is too high for a long time, find out the reason for the high temperature and solve the problem.
