1, screw oil level is too high. If the oil level is too high, when the unit is running, the liquid level in the oil and gas barrel will fluctuate with a large amount of gas into the oil, resulting in an increase in the oil processing capacity of orders of magnitude, resulting in oil exhaust. Generally, after the shutdown is stabilized, the liquid level can be 2/3 of the liquid level mirror.
2, the oil subdivision has not been replaced for a long time or the oil is damaged. If the oil is not replaced for a long time, it will be saturated and reduce the effect of oil distribution. In addition, when the oil is opened, there is an obvious short-circuit crack, which indicates the oil failure. When the oil is damaged, there will be obvious exhaust oil phenomenon at the exhaust port.
3, the exhaust pressure is too low. If the exhaust pressure of the screw air compressor is too low, the oil processing capacity will be relatively large, and the oil burden will be increased, and the exhaust oil phenomenon will occur. The pressure maintenance valve can be raised or the ball valve can be closed to improve the pressure.
4. There is blockage in the oil subdivision return pipeline. The oil subdivided and separated returns to the head through the oil return pipe. If the pipe is blocked or the middle oil return check valve and the oil return port of the head are blocked, the exhaust oil will be polluted (there is also the reverse phenomenon of the oil return check valve). Check the pipeline or add an additional return line to the intake valve balancing weight (or check valve) under.
5, for the external oil, the O-ring of the center pipe is damaged or poorly installed, the oil and gas will be remixed, and the exhaust oil will also appear. The solution is to remove the center tube and check whether the O-ring is installed and damaged.
6. There is trachoma in the combination valve so that oil and gas are mixed. If all problems are solved by the elimination method, replace the combined valve test.
7, there are manufacturing defects in oil and gas barrels, a poor separation. The performance of the second oil return is very large.
8, the oil is poor, volatile, while the exhaust temperature is high.
