First, the air humidity around the air compressor station is large. The air itself has humidity, containing a certain amount of water, when the air is compressed, due to the high internal temperature of the compressor, the water directly evaporates to form water vapor, and then discharge the compressor with the pressure, such as when the shutdown, the temperature drops, the water vapor will form condensate. Therefore, the working environment humidity of the air compressor should be low; Or before turning on the use of these condensate water discharge.
Second, post-treatment drying equipment failure. The general post-drying capacity of the cold dryer is the pressure dew point of 3 ° C, if your work site temperature is lower than 3 ° C, there will inevitably be water. Third, the capacity of the configured post-treatment drying equipment is not enough. Generally speaking, the amount of post-drying treatment configured by the manufacturer for the user is configured according to the average gas consumption, if your instantaneous gas consumption is large, it will cause the capacity of the post-processing drying equipment to be insufficient, resulting in water in the gas.
Fourth, the gas storage tank itself has the function of water, which contains a lot of water is not discharged, and forget to drain. Periodically open the drain valve under the tank to drain the water.
Fifth, there are problems with pipeline design. The design slope of the compressed air pipeline is not enough, and the condensate water in the pipeline is not discharged in time, which will cause water.
