1. Rational use of labor protection equipment. Credential operation equipment.
2. Stick to the post, strictly implement the shift transfer system, post responsibility system and registration system of outside personnel. Do not place inflammable or explosive objects in the equipment room.
3. Check the protective devices and safety accessories should be in good condition before starting, otherwise not start.
4. Check whether the lubricating oil surface is up to standard.
5. The pressure gauge should be checked regularly, the external inspection of the gas storage tank and conduit joint should be conducted once a year, the internal inspection and water pressure strength test should be conducted once every three years, and detailed records should be made. The working pressure should be indicated on the gas storage tank and the date of the next test.
6. The safety valve shall be tested automatically once a month and calibrated every six months, and shall be sealed.
7. In the inspection and repair, attention should be paid to avoid wood chips, iron chips, cloth and other falling into the cylinder, gas storage tank and conduit.
8. The machine cleaned with diesel oil must run for 10 minutes without load before it can be put into normal operation.
9. No repair work shall be carried out while the machine is in operation or under pressure.
10. If abnormal sound, smell, vibration or failure occurs in operation, it should be stopped immediately after maintenance.
11. Water vapor air compressor before starting, first open the cooling water valve, and then open the motor. When there is no cooling water or no water, the operation should be stopped.
12. Always pay attention to the change of pressure indicator, do not exceed the specified pressure.
13. After the work is finished, the remaining air in the storage pipe is released. Cooling water should be released in winter.
