Through the control panel of the microprocessor loading and unloading solenoid valve circulation, compressed gas through the oil and gas separation after filtration, and then output a certain pressure of air. Because of the long service life, it cannot be started. The specific fault and cause analysis are as follows.
Start button does not respond, can not start normally: the control circuit is blown, need to further check the sensor, control panel and other lower electrical components. If something goes wrong, it must be replaced and repaired. At the same time, the maintenance period is too long, the filter element is blocked, the oil level is low, the need for comprehensive maintenance, the alarm will be restored to normal.
Secondly, there is no pressure or inability to unload. No pressure is mainly filter blockage, equipment low load operation; Intake valve is not working properly and not fully opened.
The main reason for the excessive load is that the intake valve is often opened, or the intelligent control panel fails. If the pressure sensor fails, the unloading valve can not be closed, but also cause overpressure and other failures.
Screw air compressor can not start normally: mainly the unit starting current is large, such as the grid voltage is too low, the exhaust pressure is too high, the oil and gas separation filter element is blocked, the star triangle start time is too short, the lack of phase, will affect the main motor can not start normally.
At the same time, the fan, cooling pump and other auxiliary equipment can not start normally, will affect the normal start of the main motor, must be checked according to the start sequence, after the fault is removed, the normal start.
Replace lubricating oil and filter element regularly according to the operation instructions of air compressor to avoid long-term overload.
Regular inspection of the motor and tightening of contactor, sensor and solenoid valve terminals can reduce the failure rate of equipment.
