The maintenance and repair of air compressors must be carried out under the guidance of qualified personnel.
1. Compressed air and electrical appliances are dangerous. During maintenance or maintenance, it is necessary to confirm that the power supply has been cut off. Warning signs such as "Maintenance" or "No opening" should be hung at the power supply to prevent injuries caused by other people's closing power supply;
2. When the machine is shut down for maintenance, it must wait for the whole air compressor to cool down and the compressed air in the system to be released safely, and the maintenance personnel should avoid any exhaust port in the air compressor system as far as possible, and close the corresponding isolation valve;
3. When cleaning the parts of the unit, non-corrosive and safe solvents should be used. Flammable, explosive and volatile cleaning agents are strictly prohibited.
4. After air compressor operation for a period of time, it is necessary to regularly inspect the safety valve and other protection systems to ensure its sensitivity and reliability. Generally, it is inspected once a year;
5. The spare parts of the air compressor must be provided by the factory, and the screw oil must be designated as the special oil for the screw air compressor by the company, and the mixing of the two brands of oil is strictly prohibited, otherwise it will cause the coking of the system and cause major accidents.
