The 2252631300 operates on the principle of coalescence separation and is flange-mounted inside the oil separator tank of large compressors.
Oil Mist Inflow: Compressed air, after primary separation and carrying fine oil mist, enters the filter element.
Coalescence and Interception: Oil mist particles are captured on the surface of the borosilicate micro-glass fiber media and coalesce into larger droplets. Solid particles larger than 3 μm are simultaneously filtered out.
Droplet Settling and Recovery: Under gravity, the coalesced droplets settle at the base of the element and are returned to the lubrication system through the oil return line.
Clean Air Output: The residual oil content is reduced to below 3 ppm. The purified air is discharged through the central outlet and enters the downstream system.
