Product Details
This oil-air separator element is installed inside the oil-air separation housing of oil-injected screw air compressors and serves as the final oil removal component before compressed air is discharged. Oil-laden gas enters from the outer side of the element and passes through multiple glass fiber coalescing layers arranged from loose to dense. Oil mist is intercepted and wetted on the fiber surfaces and gradually merges into droplets; under gravity, the droplets settle into the oil collection cavity at the element bottom and return to the unit's lubrication system through the oil return line, while the purified gas exits through the inner passage of the element.
The coalescing layers use anti-corrosion microfiber glass fiber, laid in graded layers to ensure oil mist capture capability while maintaining smooth airflow. The element end faces are firmly bonded to the frame by a double-sided bonding process, resisting debonding and delamination under high-temperature conditions and adapting to long continuous unit operation. A newly installed element offers low airflow resistance with little impact on unit energy consumption; the purified gas maintains a low oil content, providing clean air for downstream air-consuming equipment.
This model is suitable for compressed air systems in metallurgy, electronics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals, and power industries. When operating pressure differential rises or the recommended replacement interval is reached, replace the element promptly to preserve separation performance and economical unit operation.
