Product Description
When screw air supply equipment runs, lubricant will split into tiny oil particles and blend into compressed airflow. Without effective oil mist removal, oil residue will stick to downstream valves, cylinders and other pneumatic parts along pipelines, undermining equipment operation accuracy. This oil-gas separation component is developed for such working conditions. It removes oil from mixed airflow, cuts oil content of finished air and reduces oil accumulation on downstream equipment.
The filter media features gradually arranged pores. Large oil mist is trapped on the front layer while ultra-fine oil mist is captured by deep filter layers to realize staged filtration. The metal supporting frame wraps the filter layer to withstand continuous air impact and prevent bulging or damage of filter material. Flexible sealing washer fits mounting surface well. It maintains sealing even with pressure fluctuation and prevents unfiltered oil-gas bypass.
Optimized structure brings low air flow resistance. It will not raise load of the air compressor host, ensuring stable continuous operation of the unit and reducing shutdown maintenance.
