1. During installation, the connection between the air filter and the engine intake pipe must be tight and reliable to prevent air leakage, and there must be a rubber ring at both ends of the filter. The nut of the fixed air filter housing cannot be tightened too tightly.
2. During maintenance, the paper filter element cannot be cleaned in the oil, otherwise it will easily cause a flying accident and the filter element will also fail. The maintenance of the paper filter can only remove the dust on the surface by vibration or brushing, but it is also difficult to restore the original performance. The filter is a consumable. If the filter has large problems such as cracking and perforation, the filter should be replaced in time.
3. The paper filter should be forbidden from contact with water. Once a large amount of water is sucked in, it will greatly increase the air intake resistance and shorten the life. In addition, it cannot be in contact with fire or oil.
4. When servicing the cyclone air filter, be careful not to leak the nutrient shroud on the filter element.
