(1) Failure phenomenon. The intake butterfly valve cannot be opened, and the servo cylinder adjustment mechanism does not operate.
(2) Cause analysis.
1) Incoming spoiler valve mechanism failure, such as loosening of connecting rod bolts;
2) servo cylinder diaphragm wear and tear;
3) The loading solenoid valve is damaged;
4) The bleed solenoid valve fails to bleed the controller;
5) There is a leak in the water filter cup or the control gas line;
6) The capacity adjustment valve is blocked or malfunctioning;
7) The pressure switch is set incorrectly or drifts after setting.
(3) Elimination method.
1) Eliminate the failure of the butterfly valve mechanism or replace the butterfly valve;
2) Replace the servo diaphragm;
3) Eliminate the failure of loading the solenoid valve or replace the loading solenoid valve;
4) Eliminate the failure of the bleed solenoid valve or replace the bleed solenoid valve;
5) Replace the water filter cup or eliminate leakage;
6) Replace or clean the capacity adjustment valve;
7) Replace or reset the pressure switch.
