The temperature of the compressed air before passing through the post cooler should be between 75~95℃. When the outlet temperature of the air compressor is too low, the oil and gas mixture will be condensed in the oil and gas barrel due to the low temperature, which will affect the lubrication effect of the lubricating oil with water, and seriously cause the corrosion of the inner wall of the cylinder.
Improper cooling and insufficient cooling make the outlet temperature over 95℃ will accelerate the oxidation of lubricating oil and even cause accidents.
