When multiple air compressors are running in parallel, they must be switched regularly.
For the air compressor with wet working environment, switching operation is conducive to discharging water in the lubricating oil;
If the air compressor is out of operation for a long time (such as a month or so), it will make the adhesion particles on the oil filter element or the oil separator dry, plug the filter hole of the oil filter element or the oil separator fiber, and shorten the service life of the filter element;
The upper part of the rotor of the air compressor has no lubricating oil to soak, and it is stopped for a long time, so that this part of the rotor is in contact with the wet air and rust occurs.
Long time shutdown will also cause oil deposits in the pipeline or main engine of the air compressor, so that the air compressor is forced to overhaul.
