(1) Before maintenance, the unit should be stopped, the exhaust valve should be closed, the power supply of the unit should be disconnected, and the warning sign should be hung. The pressure in the unit should be emptied (all pressure gauges show "0") before maintenance.
Removal of high temperature components must be carried out after the temperature has cooled to the ambient temperature.

(3) It is recommended to use special oil for screw air compressor. After maintenance, different grades of lubricating oil are not allowed to be mixed.
(4) The original spare parts of the air compressor are specially designed and manufactured. Authentic spare parts are recommended to ensure the reliability and safety of the air compressor
(5) without the permission of the manufacturer, do not make any changes that affect the safety and reliability of the compressor or add any device.
(6) Confirm that all safety devices have been reinstalled after maintenance and before starting up. After the initial start up or the maintenance of the electric control system, it must first confirm whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the specified steering before the compressor is started, and the tools have been removed from the compressor.
