(1) When there is abnormal sound and abnormal vibration in operation, it should be stopped immediately.
(2) There is pressure in the running pipeline. Do not loosen the bolt plug of the pipeline and open unnecessary valves, such as trap and drain valve.
(3) In the operation, it is found that the oil on the oil level gauge is missing and the oil temperature gradually rises, it should be stopped immediately.
After stopping for 5min (the pressure gauge indicates zero), observe the oil level. If the oil quantity is insufficient, add lubricating oil when there is no pressure inside the system.
(4) Frequently check whether the operation of the automatic trap is normal, otherwise water will be brought to the system.
(5) Oil and gas barrels should be drained and watered once a week.
The unit can not be out of operation for a long time, at least start up more than 2h every week.
(6) In the daily operation inspection of air compressor, we should pay attention to whether the pressure switch and the joint control program of air compressor work normally. Abnormal working conditions will lead to an increase in power consumption of air compressor. In serious cases, the motor will be burned down due to the frequent start and stop of compressor.
(7) do not operate the air compressor in places where flammable or toxic gases are likely to be inhaled.
In the process of operation, it is absolutely not allowed to block the air compressor suction port.
Compressed air must not be used for breathing unless specified for breathing.
(8) All sound insulation door must be closed during operation.
