(1) Maintenance of main engine and gearbox:
① Replace the host rotor bearing.
② Replace the spindle mechanical seal and oil seal;
③ Replace the host rotor adjustment pad;
④ Replace the host rotor gasket;
⑤ Adjust the gear clearance.
⑥ Adjust the precision clearance of the main rotor.
⑦ Replace the main and secondary bearings of the gear box;
⑧ Replace the gear box mechanical seal and oil seal;
⑨ Adjust the gear box precision clearance.
(2) Motor bearing with butter.
(3) Check or replace the coupling.
(4) Cleaning and maintenance of the air cooler.
(5) Cleaning and maintenance of the oil cooler.
(6) Check or replace the check valve.
(7) Check or replace the relief valve.
(8) Clean the water vapor separator.
(9) Replace the lubricating oil.
(10) Clean the heat sink surface of the device.
(11) Check the working condition of electrical components.
(12) Check the protection function and its setting value.
(13) Inspect or replace all pipes.
(14) Check the contact of electrical components.
