The use environment of the motor should always be kept dry, the surface should be kept clean, and the air inlet should not accumulate dust, fibers and other sundries.
When the thermal protection and short circuit protection of the motor continue to operate, it should check whether the fault comes from the motor or overload, or because the protection device is set too low, the fault can be removed before it is put into operation.
The motor bearing shall be lubricated for 1500~2000h, and the bearing temperature shall not exceed 120℃ at most. When the temperature is lower than 70℃, the interval of lubricated grease can be extended appropriately.
When filling oil, use the oil gun. Remove the oil plug on the drain pipe first and add new oil until the original oil is discharged from the drain hole. Clean it with a rag and tighten the oil plug after filling oil.
