(1) If the actual gas consumption is greater than the gas production of the unit, the connected equipment and pipe network should be checked. If there is any leakage point, repair it in time. If the gas consumption of the system is greater than the air output of the compressor unit under normal operating conditions, the compressor unit with large specifications should be replaced or the compressor unit should be added.
(2) The unloading pressure set value is too low. Set unloading pressure correctly to give full play to efficiency.
(3) The air filter element is dirty and blocked, resulting in insufficient intake and low exhaust pressure of the compressor unit. Check the condition of the air filter and replace it if necessary.
(4) The solenoid valve is faulty. The main vent solenoid valve and cold start vent solenoid valve on the exhaust pipe leak and need to be replaced.
(5) Control the leakage of air hose. Replace the control air hose.
(6) The action of the intake valve is not sensitive and it is not fully opened. Need to overhaul and check the control system condition.
(7) The oil separator is blocked, and the filter element of the oil separator should be replaced.
(8) Safety valve leakage. Valves need to be re-calibrated or replaced.
(9) The drainage valve of the gas-water separator is stuck after opening, resulting in leakage. It should be repaired.
(10) The vent valve is faulty, and the compressor unit cannot be closed when loading. Maintenance or replacement is required.
