The main cause of oil leakage
The material or craftsmanship of the air compressor parts products is poor, and there are problems with the structural design. Improper assembly process, such as unclean mating surfaces, damaged or displaced gaskets; Uneven tightening force or loose and falling off of the fastening nut can lead to the failure of the machine parts. After long-term use, the sealing materials wear out beyond the limit, age and deteriorate, deform and fail. Too much lubricating oil has been added or the oil quality does not match. The joint surface of the air compressor parts is bent and deformed, and the shell is damaged, causing the lubricating oil to seep out. After the vent plug and check valve are blocked, due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the box shell, oil leakage occurs at the weak sealing point.
