Oil circuit system is an important part of air compressor circulation system.
In the normal operation process, the oil system will produce friction because of the rotation of the machine, and the heat generated by friction will increase the temperature of the lubricating oil. The low temperature is very beneficial for the oil system that needs to be cooled.
However, for standby equipment or air compressors that do not start all the year round, when starting again at low temperatures, the oil circuit may use lubricating oil to condense because of low temperature, so the start will fail, so it is necessary to check the oil circuit system to see whether the lubricating oil is in normal condition.
For the storage of lubricating oil, it is generally required to be stored in a heated room, if stored outdoors, the lubricating oil may be frozen because of low temperature, and can not be used immediately when needed.
The impact of low temperature on air compressors in winter is good and bad, not only in the operation of air compressors, but also pay more attention to the maintenance of air compressors and the storage of spare parts. In the case of low temperature, we should often pay attention to the operation of the air compressor, regular maintenance, and prevent the failure of the air compressor to ensure the safety and normal production.
For some electric air compressors, because the oil viscosity of each lubricating part of the unit is relatively high when it is just started in winter, coupled with the relatively low voltage on some mines, it is easy to start relatively difficult when it is just started. Generally, the method is taken to first set the unit 2-3 turns, point the air compressor 3-4 times, let the unit start, the air compressor runs for 10 minutes, stops, and then restarts. It usually keeps the unit running normally.
