Lubricating oil plays a vital role in air compressors and directly affects the operation of the machine. According to the survey, many enterprises have the phenomenon of lubricating oil emulsification, usually can be analyzed from the following two points whether the lubricating oil emulsification:
1, color change, normal lubricating oil is usually thick, and brown yellow, after emulsification will become cloudy, milky or white.
2, the layer boundary is clear, the lubricating oil is placed and precipitated for 3 hours after observation, if there is a clear layer of oil and water, it means that the lubricating oil is emulsified.
There are four reasons:
1. Inferior lubricating oil
Lubricating oil plays a vital role in the normal operation of Deslan air compressor, if the use of inferior lubricating oil, the frequency of emulsification phenomenon is quite large.
2. Expired lubricating oil
Lubricating oil has a fixed use cycle, if the use cycle is reached or continue to use, the oil will deteriorate and accelerate the emulsification of lubricating oil.
3, water into the lubricating oil
If the cylinder contains a lot of water, it will be mixed with the oil under the rotation of the crankshaft, resulting in a lot of water in the oil, resulting in emulsification.
4, the unit seal is poor
Air compressor is generally composed of piston, combination valve, cylinder, if the unit seal is not good, the piston will inhale air during movement, not only will lose gas, but also make water gas into the lubricating oil, resulting in emulsification.
