Coolers are air - cooled and water - cooled.
(1) air cooled cooler
1) Open the air hood to clean the cover or remove the cooling fan;
2) blow the dirt down with compressed air, and then take the dirt out of the air hood; If dirty, should spray some degreasing agent to blow again. When the above method cannot be used to clean, it is necessary to remove the cooler, soak or spray with cleaning liquid and clean with the help of a brush (wire brush is strictly prohibited);
3）Install the cover plate or cooling fan.
(2) water cooled cooler
① disassemble the cooling water inlet and outlet pipe;
②Inject cleaning solution soaking or circulating scouring with pump (recoil effect is better);
③ Rinse with clean water.
(3) Install cooling water inlet and outlet pipes. When the scale of the oil cooler is serious and the cleaning is not ideal with the above method, the oil cooler can be removed separately, the cover of both ends can be opened, and the scale can be removed with a special cleaning steel brush or other tools. When cleaning the medium side of the cooler cannot effectively reduce the temperature, the oil side needs to be cleaned as follows:
① disassemble the inlet and outlet tubing;
② Inject cleaning solution soaking or circulating scouring with pump (recoil effect is better);
③ Rinse with water;
④dry with dry air or dehydrated oil in addition to water;
⑤ Install the inlet and outlet tubing.
