1. Cleaning of the whole machine
1. First run the air compressor for a few minutes, and the oil reaches room temperature;
2, close the air compressor, such as internal pressure release, open the refueling cover, pour the air compressor cleaning agent, tighten the refueling cover;
3. Open the air compressor and run for 30 minutes;
4, put off the old oil, and then add new oil;
5. The temperature of the air compressor after cleaning will drop by about 10 degrees.
Second, water and gas separator cleaning
The structure of the water-air separator of the screw air compressor is similar to that of the oil tank, the air inlet is designed against the wall, and the solid type is centrifugal force and the weight factor of water and gas, so it can effectively separate the water in the compressed air.
The cleaning method is to open the water gas separator cover and soak it with cleaning agent.
Third, the cleaning of the cooler
1, water-cooled cooler:
Disassemble the cooling water inlet and outlet pipe; Inject the cleaning solution to soak or circulate with the pump to wash; Rinse with clean water; Install cooling water inlet and outlet pipes.
2, air-cooled cooler:
Open the air deflector to clean the cover, or remove the cooling fan;
Use compressed air to blow the dirt down, and then take the dirt out of the air deflector; If it is dirty, spray some oil remover and then blow.
When the screw air compressor cannot be cleaned by the above method, the cooler needs to be removed, soaked or sprayed with cleaning liquid and cleaned with a brush (strictly prohibited from using a wire brush).
Install cover or cooling fan
3, oil cooler:
When the scale of the oil cooler is more serious, when the cleaning method is not ideal, the oil cooler can be removed separately, the end cover can be opened, and the scale can be removed with a special cleaning steel brush or other tools.
When cleaning the medium side of the cooler can not effectively reduce the temperature, the screw air compressor needs to clean the oil side, the steps are as follows:
Disassemble the inlet and outlet tubing;
Inject the cleaning solution to soak or circulate with the pump to wash (better recoil effect);
Rinse with clean water;
Dry with dry air or remove water with dehydrated oil;
Install the inlet and outlet tubing.
Four, screw air compressor temperature control valve cleaning
1, the side of the screw air compressor temperature control valve has a cover, the cover has a screw hole, find a suitable nut to screw into the cover,
2, then use the circlip pliers to remove the fixed cap circlip, and then use the pliers to pull the nut just screwed in,
You can remove the cover and all the components inside.
3. Clean all components of the temperature control valve according to the method of cleaning the load reduction valve.
Five, load reduction valve (intake valve) cleaning
If the dirt of the air intake valve is serious, change a new cleaning agent during cleaning. During the cleaning process, the cleaner parts should be washed first, and then the parts with more dirt should be washed. The cleaned parts should be rinsed with water again to avoid corrosion and shorten the service life of the parts, and the clean parts should be dried in a clean place to avoid rust of the parts containing iron.
When cleaning the valve plate and the place where the valve body is in contact with the valve plate, attention should be paid to the flatness of the surface, and it should be cleaned and replaced if necessary, otherwise it will cause the air compressor to start with load (the large unit of the screw air compressor will not start when starting with load).
Six, the minimum pressure valve cleaning
Although the minimum pressure valve in the screw air compressor looks small, don't underestimate it, it controls the whole machine. All the more reason to be careful.
The structure of the minimum pressure valve is very simple, unscrew the nut of the air compressor between the spool and the valve body to remove the components inside, the minimum pressure valve spool of the small unit is placed in the valve body, and all the internal components can be removed by opening the valve body cover.
The minimum pressure valve can be cleaned according to the method of cleaning the load reduction valve, and the minimum pressure valve of the screw air compressor is put aside to be loaded into the air compressor after the entire cleaning process is completed.
Seven, oil return check valve cleaning
The function of the oil return check valve is to successfully recover the oil of the oil and gas separator to the main engine without letting the oil of the main engine flow back to the oil and gas separator.
The return oil single valve has a connection in the valve body, from which it is unscrewed and the spring, steel ball and steel ball seat are removed.
Clean the return oil check valve: clean the valve body, spring, steel ball, steel ball seat with cleaning agent, and some check valves have filters inside, if any, clean together.
