Loose the line on the oil and gas drum and remove the line from the outlet of the pressure maintenance valve (minimum pressure valve) to the aftercooler, remembering to ensure proper reassembly.
Loosen and remove return tubing.
Loosen the fastening bolt on the top cover of the oil barrel and remove the oil top cover.
Take out the oil and gas separator filter element and replace the new oil and gas separator filter element and gasket.
Gather back in the opposite step and tighten the bolts using a torque wrench.
After starting the machine, re-tighten the cover bolt of the oil and gas drum.
Check that the differential pressure switch equipped with the filter element of the oil and gas separator on the oil and gas barrel is installed normally, and the preset value is 100kPa.
