When the new machine runs for 500h or the lubricating oil reaches the replacement cycle, the lubricating oil is emulsified into the water, and the carbon deposit becomes black, the lubricating oil should be replaced in time.
The details are as follows:
(1) Stop the machine, close the exit door, take measures not to let the relief valve relieve pressure, so that the system maintains a certain residual pressure, conducive to oil drainage.
(2) the discharge of lubricating oil should be carried out immediately after the air compressor stops, so that the tiny particles suspended in the oil can be discharged out of the machine together with the lubricating oil.
(3) Connect the exhaust pipe, open the ball valve, and discharge the oil into the waste oil collection barrel
(4) For the oil storage in the oil pipeline, cooler and host machine, the connected pipe should also be removed for discharge and cleaning.
(5) Close the oil discharge ball valve, open the oil filling cap, and fill the new lubricating oil until the on-line position of the oil mark;
In the actual oil change work, because the oil stored in the system is completely drained, the oil level can be added to the upper line of the oil mark when refueling, but be careful not to fill too much oil, otherwise the excess oil will be taken away by gas;
Cover the filling cap and make sure the O-rings are in the correct position.
(6) when changing oil, the oil filter should be replaced at the same time. When replacing the oil filter, the rubber sealing ring of the new oil filter should be coated with a layer of oil, and the screw can be tightened.
(7) boot up, check the oil level after running, if the oil level is low, add some oil appropriately.
