According to the characteristics of the air compressor structure, different ways can be used for lubrication, there are the following situations:
(1) Pressure lubrication method, which uses machinery (such as oil pump and lubricator) to automatically lubricate the pressure part of lubricating oil, also known as pressure lubrication method, is adopted in large and medium-sized compressors with crossheads.
(2) splash lubrication method, by the rod installed on the connecting rod will throw oil splash to the lubrication parts.
Therefore, the cylinder and the moving mechanism can only use the same lubricating oil. This method is mostly used in small compressors without crossheads. Its disadvantage is that the oil is not filtered well, and the oil level must be strictly controlled.
(3) Spray lubrication method.
The spray oil mist will follow the gas into the cylinder and other moistening points, such as ultra-high pressure compressors, vane compressors and screw compressors are lubricated.
(4) drop oil lubrication method.
Use oil cups and pipelines to send lubricating oil to the parts that should be oiled, or fill lubricating oil with oil cans on time.
(5) oil ring lubrication method.
The rotating shaft drives the ring on the shaft, and the oil ring brings the oil in the oil pool into the bearing and enters the circulation lubrication.
