The loading solenoid valve is a two-position three-position normally closed solenoid valve. The loading and unloading functions are achieved by controlling the on and off states of the gas circuit through the power-on and power-off of the solenoid valve.
2. When the load is unloaded or the machine is shut down, the vent valve opens to release the pressure in the oil and gas tank, allowing the compressor to operate at a low load or ensuring a restart under no-load conditions.
3. The inverse proportion valve only functions when the set regulating pressure is exceeded. At this point, the higher the input pressure of the proportional valve (i.e., the system exhaust pressure), the lower the output control pressure will be. The lower the control pressure is, the smaller the opening degree of the intake unloading valve disc controlled by the cylinder's extension and retraction will be, and the less the intake volume of the compressor will be. This keeps the supply and consumption volume of the compressor balanced and realizes the stepless gas volume regulation function. The method to set the regulating pressure is as follows: Lift the black cap of the inverse proportion valve upwards and rotate it. Rotating clockwise will increase the pressure, while rotating counterclockwise will decrease it. After setting it up, press down the cap to prevent it from rotating by itself due to vibration. The set value should generally be less than the rated exhaust pressure. If it is higher than the unloading pressure set by the microcomputer controller, there will only be an empty load vehicle without volume adjustment.
4. The safety valve is a component that ensures safety. When the gas volume regulating system malfunctions, causing the gas pressure inside the oil and gas tank to be approximately 10% higher than the rated exhaust pressure, the safety valve automatically trips to release the pressure, reducing it to below the rated exhaust pressure. The safety valve has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Please do not adjust it at will. When the safety valve is found to be open, the machine should be stopped to check the cause and eliminate the fault in time. Safety valves should be inspected regularly. The inspection method is to operate when the compressor is fully loaded (reaching or approaching the rated exhaust pressure), gently pull the pull ring above the safety valve. If the safety valve can exhaust gas outward at this time, it is considered normal.
5. The pressure sensor measures the exhaust pressure after the oil-gas separator and displays it on the instrument panel. Based on the measured exhaust pressure, the upper and lower pressure limit values set by the microcomputer controller are used to power on or off the loading solenoid valve, thus achieving the transition between loading and unloading states.
