Moisture in the air may condense in the oil and gas separation tank, especially in humid weather, when the exhaust temperature is below the pressure dew point of the air or when the air is shut down for cooling, more condensate will be released. Too much water in the oil will cause emulsification of lubricating oil, affecting the safe operation of the machine, the possible causes;
1. The main compressor is badly lubricated
2. The effect of oil and gas separation becomes worse, and the pressure difference of oil and gas separator becomes larger
3. Cause corrosion of parts.
Therefore, the condensate discharge schedule should be made according to the humidity situation.
Discharge method of condensed water
It should be carried out after the machine is stopped, there is no pressure in the oil and gas separation tank, fully cooled and condensed water is fully precipitated, such as before starting up in the morning.
1, first open the air valve to exclude the pressure
2. Screw out the ball valve at the bottom of the oil and gas separation tank.
3, slowly open the ball valve drainage, until the oil flow out, close the ball valve.
4, screw on the ball valve before the screw block.
