First, the design of oil and gas separation tank is not standard

Some air compressor manufacturers, in the design of oil and gas separation tank, the design of the primary separation system is unreasonable, the primary separation effect is not ideal, so that the concentration of oil mist before oil is very high, the oil load is too heavy, the processing capacity is insufficient, leading to high oil consumption.

Two, refueling too much

The amount of refueling exceeds the normal oil level, and part of the oil is taken away with the airflow, resulting in excessive fuel consumption.

Three, large gas consumption, overload and low pressure use

The use of load low pressure refers to that when users use air compressor, the exhaust pressure does not reach the rated working pressure of the air compressor itself, but it can basically meet the gas requirements of some enterprise users, such as: Enterprise users increased gas equipment, gas increases, the air compressor exhaust gas cannot reach equilibrium with users, assuming that air compressor exhaust pressure rating of 8 kg/cm2, but the actual pressure when using only 5 kg/cm2 is even lower, so the load operation of the air compressor for a long time, cannot reach the rated pressure value of the machine, which resulted in increased fuel consumption, The reason is that under the condition of constant displacement, the velocity of oil and gas mixture is accelerated when passing through the oil fraction, and the concentration of oil mist is too high, which aggravates the oil fraction load and eventually leads to large oil consumption.

four. The return oil pipeline is blocked

When the return oil pipeline (including the one-way valve on the return oil pipeline and the oil return filter) is blocked by foreign bodies, the oil condensed at the bottom of the oil separation can not return to the head, and the condensed oil droplets are blown up by the air flow and taken away with the separated air. These foreign bodies are usually caused by solid impurities that fall off during installation.

Five, oil return check valve damage

If the return one-way valve is damaged (from one-way to two-way), the pressure in the oil tank will pour a large amount of oil back into the oil through the return pipe. When the machine runs next time, the oil in the oil will not be able to be sucked back to the head in time. As a result, part of the oil runs out of the air compressor with the separated air (this situation is common in the machine without oil circuit stop valve and head exhaust outlet check valve).

Six.Improper installation of return pipe

In the replacement, cleaning and maintenance of the air compressor, the return pipe is not inserted into the bottom of the oil (reference: it is better to be 1~2mm away from the arc center of the bottom of the oil), resulting in the separated oil cannot return to the head in time, and the accumulated oil will run out with the compressed air.

Seven, minimum pressure valve failure
