Oil filter: when the unit is running, impurities in the air are sucked into the compressor, causing the dirty blockage of the oil filter, so that the pressure difference between the oil filter and the oil filter is too large, and the oil can not enter the compressor according to the normal flow rate, causing high temperature failure of the unit. Therefore, when the oil pressure difference exceeds 0.18mpa, the filter element should be replaced in time.
Failure alarm of the oil and gas separator: the compressed air from the head of the air compressor will carry part of the oil. Large oil droplets are easily separated when passing through the oil and gas separation tank, while small oil droplets (suspended oil particles with a diameter of less than 1um) must be filtered through the micron and glass fiber filter layer of the oil and gas separation filter element. When it is too dirty, will affect the embellish flicker cycle, causing overheating shutdown. Generally, it can be judged by the pressure difference before and after loading. When the pressure difference at both ends is 3 times of the initial opening of the air compressor or z pressure difference reaches 0.1mpa, it should be cleaned or replaced in time.
Low oil level refers to the low oil level in the oil and gas separator and no oil can be seen in the oil level meter. If the oil level is found to be lower than the lower end of the inspection pipe, it should be replenished immediately. In the process of operation, the middle position below the oil standard should be supplemented in time.
Poor heat dissipation: oil quantity and oil quality are abnormal.
