I. Product description
The role of air compressor oil is to form a protective film between the two friction pairs, avoid direct contact between metal and metal, thus cushioning the friction effect, lubrication, reduce wear, so that the normal operation of the machine.
This kind of protective film can be physical adsorption film, or chemical adsorption film or oxidation film, film thickness and strength directly affect lubrication.

III. Function
1. Friction reduction and anti-wear: reduce friction resistance to save energy, reduce wear to extend mechanical life and improve economic benefits.
2. Cooling: the friction heat is required to be discharged from the machine at any time.
3. Sealing: it is required to prevent leakage, dust and gas channeling.
4. Clean and disperse: it is required to clean and remove the scale on the friction area.
5. It is required to protect the friction surface from oil deterioration or external erosion.
6. Kinetic energy transmission: hydraulic system, remote control motor and friction stepless speed change.
7. Stress dispersion buffering: dispersing load and relieving impact and shock absorption.
IV. The Oil Replacing Method
Step 1: start up and run to normal temperature for one hour;
Step 2: shut down;
Step 3: drain the oil from the oil tank, cooler and all filters;
Step 4: add the new oil to the minimum oil quantity required for operation (e.g. 1 / 2 volume);
Step 5: start up and run to normal operating temperature for one hour. During this hour, open and close the exhaust valve every 15 minutes to allow the machine to cycle at the highest and lowest pressure valve settings;
Step 6: turn off the machine;
Step 7: drain the oil from cooler, oil tank and all filters;
Step 8: add the new oil to 1 / 2 volume;
Step 9: continue with step 5;
Step 10: shut down;
Step 11: drain the oil from the whole machine, including cooler, oil tank and filter. If necessary, remove the pipe in order to remove the oil from the lower part. Clean the filter screen and replace the separator and all non permanent oil filters. Check whether the inlet filter is covered by contaminated oil and replace it as appropriate;
Step 12: add the recommended oil to the minimum oil required for operation;
Step 13: start and run to normal temperature for 15 minutes;
Step 14: shut down and drain the oil from the machine. Open the filter and filter screen, but do not need to change;
Step 15: add the recommended oil to the normal level of the machine;
Step 16: restart and pay attention to the oil level. When the machine is operating, there will be about 1 / 2 oil in the observation window;
