1.The main reasons for high fuel consumption are

The oil return pipe is blocked, the oil core is broken, and the exhaust pressure is too low for a long time. In the event of high fuel consumption, first check whether the pressure of the gas storage tank is stable near the rated value; secondly, check whether the temperature of the oil return pipe is normal. The low temperature indicates that the oil return orifice is blocked, and the pollutants are mainly oxides that fall off from the oil separation tank.

2.The main reasons for high temperature are

The oil filter is blocked, the valve core of the temperature control valve is stuck, and the inside or outside of the oil cooler is seriously polluted. The installation of the oil filter upstream of the temperature control valve and the oil cooler is an effective way to avoid oil circuit failure, but most brands of screw air compressor oil filters only protect the machine head. The temperature control valve is a cold and hot oil mixer, which will mix part of the hot oil with the cold oil at any temperature, so the efficiency of the cooling system is greatly reduced. Using a start-stop fan to adjust the temperature is more reliable and efficient than a temperature control valve temperature adjustment system.

3.The main reasons for motor overload are

The three filters (intake filter element, oil filter, oil separation element) are severely blocked; the minimum pressure valve seal fails, causing the motor to encounter load when starting; the vent valve is not opened during startup, and the intake valve is not closed.
