This air-oil separator element is purpose-built as a tall vertical cartridge for high-output oil-injected rotary screw compressors. Its elongated cylindrical form is engineered to occupy the full available depth of a large-capacity oil separation vessel, giving the filter pack a substantial axial working height inside the tank. That vertical depth lets the separator sustain a long, gradual flow path - the compressed air does not pass through a short media wall, but travels radially through a tall, continuously active filtration column.
