The mixed airflow carrying suspended oil mist and tiny liquid oil droplets flows into the separation tank after compression. Without effective coalescing separation treatment, oily substances carried by compressed air will continuously flow into rear air pipelines, drying equipment, precision air filters and all kinds of pneumatic production tools over long operation cycles. Gradual accumulation of oil contaminants will interfere with stable operation of downstream air purification accessories, affect the cleanliness of output compressed air for manufacturing processes, and lead to extra consumption of circulating lubricating fluid for the whole compressor unit.
