This oil separator is produced to replace part number 91111-002 on compatible compressor packages. It separates fine oil droplets from the discharge airflow, delivering drier output and preventing lubricant carryover from coating aftercoolers or desiccant beds.
The separation media is a deep-loading synthetic fiber mat with rolled steel closures at each end. This build reduces residual oil content to trace levels while keeping flow restriction modest. A good fit for spray coating lines, breathing air systems, or any point of use that demands oil-free air.
Replace the separator before the pressure gauge shows a noticeable rise. Routine changes lower your oil makeup rate, stop oil film from forming on dryer internals, and prevent downstream filters from loading up prematurely.
