This oil separator is designed to directly replace part number 91111-001 on compatible compressor units. It traps oil droplets suspended in the discharge flow, resulting in cleaner air delivery and less lubricant escaping into downstream hoses and components.
The separation bed uses a non-woven synthetic microfiber mat sealed inside a seamless steel housing. This setup offers strong oil removal performance while keeping flow resistance within an acceptable range. A practical choice for injection molding plants, textile machinery, or any shop that cannot afford oil residue in the air line.
Pay attention to the pressure gauge across the separator. When the reading climbs by roughly 0.6 bar above start-up value, install a fresh unit. Doing so reduces oil top-ups, keeps refrigerated dryers running clean, and prevents oily deposits from forming on production equipment.
