This flanged air oil separator serves as a premium aftermarket maintenance cartridge for Atlas Copco screw compressors. Its core task is capturing submicron oil mist suspended in compressed air stream, returning lubricant back into the oil circuit and cutting down oil carryover to downstream pipelines.
We adopt multi-layer gradient-density fiberglass medium for this separator. The graded fiber structure balances high oil mist capture capacity and a gently rising pressure curve throughout operation. Reinforced inner and outer metal mesh protects the filter media against deformation under fluctuating working pressure. The high-performance rubber sealing ring prevents air bypass, ensuring all airflow passes through the filtration layer.
