This oil separator series covers two crossover part numbers: 2116010085 and 2116010086. Both versions strip oil mist from the compressed air discharge, lowering residual lubricant content and protecting downstream components from contamination build-up.
Each separator uses a fine-fiber glass mat with stamped steel end caps and a pre-installed nitrile gasket. The assembly keeps oil carryover well below industry thresholds while maintaining stable pressure differential across the operating range. Suitable for automotive assembly lines, precision machining centers, or any plant that cannot accept oil residue in the air supply.
Monitor the pressure drop every 500 running hours. When it climbs roughly 25 percent above the clean baseline, install a fresh separator. Regular changes reduce oil top-ups, extend the life of particulate and coalescing filters downstream, and keep your final compressed air quality consistent.
