This product is a dedicated oil-gas separator for screw air compressors, model 13010174. Manufactured with imported ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter media, it is a core component in the "three-filter" system of air compressors, achieving compressed air purification and lubricating oil recovery.
This product efficiently separates lubricating oil mixed in compressed air, ensuring the oil content of the output air is controlled below 3 ppm.
Simultaneously, the separated lubricating oil is recovered and recycled into the lubrication system, reducing oil consumption and operating costs. The filter element adopts a multi-layer gradient density structure, featuring high dust holding capacity and a long service life.
This product employs a multi-layered composite structure: a pre-filter layer intercepts large particulate impurities, protecting the core fine filter layer; an ultra-fine fiber layer achieves efficient condensation and separation; a support layer provides structural strength; and a gravity settling layer promotes rapid oil droplet descent. This design ensures that all solid particles larger than 3 μm in the compressor's output air are filtered out, and the oil content in the exhaust is stably controlled below 3 ppm.
