How it works
The Compair air compressor system sucks ambient air into the air end, and the two rotors rotate rapidly to compress the air. These two rotors are continuously lubricated to ensure that they continue to rotate as designed. This process produces a mixture of compressed air and oil mist, which is sent to the separator and oil collection tank, where the oil mist is removed through filtration to provide you with the required pure air. Then, the scavenging pipe transports the separated oil back to the air end, where the oil is injected into the rotor to repeat the process.
Maintain its shape
The replacement parts of the air compressor service separator maintain their shape under pressure and will maintain the maximum surface area to improve performance. Its rigid structure helps to maintain a uniform pressure difference, preventing the replacement parts of the separator from collapsing and shutting down the compressor.
