A spin-on oil filter forms part of the compressor's three-filter arrangement (air, oil, and oil‑gas separation) and is fitted on the lubricating oil circuit. It captures solid impurities-metal shavings, dust, and gummy deposits-to keep the oil clean and to protect the rotor, bearings, and other precision components from excessive wear and damage.
The filter uses a pleated element in a spin-on housing and operates in full-flow mode. By maintaining oil cleanliness, it helps reduce oxidation and sludge formation, thereby extending lubricant change intervals.
Filter media are imported from HV (USA) and Ahlstrom (Korea), using ultra-fine glass fiber or pure wood pulp paper. Filtration efficiency reaches 98%–99.8%, with a particle capture rating of 10–15 μm.
