Over time, metal particles and carbon deposits slowly migrate through the filter medium and enter the oil circuit. By the time the differential pressure alarm is triggered, the bearings and rotor may have already experienced hundreds of hours of increased wear.
The 02250168‑084 oil filter is engineered around the principle of stable filtration. Featuring imported glass fibre media, it delivers a filtration rating of 10–15 μm. As a complete filter element installed directly in the oil line, it effectively removes metallic debris and other contaminants from the compressor oil, safeguarding the main unit with clean lubricant. Under normal operating conditions, its service life is approximately 2,500 hours.
