This product is a spin-on oil filter, model 1000159043, with the matching model PS-CE11-510, specifically designed for the lubrication system of screw air compressors. This model is widely used in the routine maintenance of screw air compressors in the 75kW power range and can be used as an OEM and aftermarket replacement part.
The core filter media is made of imported glass fiber (imported HV glass fiber), with a filtration accuracy of 10–15 μm. It effectively intercepts metal shavings, carbon particles, and dust impurities in the lubricating oil, reducing the risk of wear on the main bearings and rotor.
Precautions
- The filter element is a disposable consumable and must not be cleaned and reused.
- It is recommended to replace the oil filter element every time you change the lubricating oil.
- Using inferior lubricating oil or mixing different brands of oil will accelerate filter element clogging and shorten its lifespan.
- Replace the filter element promptly when a differential pressure alarm sounds or the recommended replacement cycle is reached.

- When the oil filter differential pressure indicator light on the compressor control panel illuminates, it indicates that the filter element is clogged and must be replaced immediately.
- The oil filter element should be replaced after the first 500 hours of operation of a new machine. The oil filter element should also be replaced when changing the oil.
