This product is a spin‑on oil filter, model HM962, specifically designed for the lubrication system of laser cutting screw air compressors. Widely used in routine maintenance of screw compressors that support laser cutting equipment, it serves as a dedicated filter element for compressed air systems in the laser processing industry.
The filter element features a pressure‑resistant reinforced design to meet the high‑pressure operating requirements of laser cutting air compressors. Its core filtration media consists of imported ultra‑fine glass fiber, offering a filtration rating of 10–15 μm with a filtration efficiency exceeding 98%. This effectively removes metal wear debris, carbon deposits, and dust contaminants from the lubricating oil, reducing the risk of wear on the main bearings and rotors. The housing is made of high‑strength metal and incorporates a built‑in bypass valve and check valve, ensuring emergency oil supply safety in the event of filter clogging or during cold starts.
This filter employs multi-layer fiber interception and coagulation separation technology. Contaminated lubricating oil enters from the outside of the filter element, passing sequentially through the coarse and fine filter layers. The three-dimensional fiber network formed by the imported glass fiber filter media uses a triple mechanism of inertial impaction, direct interception, and Brownian diffusion to trap solid particles of 10–15 μm and above inside the filter media, while the clean lubricating oil returns to the lubrication system through the central tube.
